Studio 52 Dance & Welness Academy offers for the well-being of the elderly, GYM SENIOR soft gymnastics sessions, in pleasant and secure premises: a spacious, bright and well ventilated dance studio, a changing room available only for seniors of this course.

The objectives of this course are to improve your cognitive functions, your general well-being (your physical and moral health) and to secrete endorphins (substances produced by the body that help reduce pain).
